No worries if you need to return your items to us after your purchase.
Any damaged or incorrect item received, we will arrange for the correct replacement. Simply complete the Online Return Form within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from you.
For Porcelain Tableware, returned items must meet the followings conditions:
Due to hygiene concern, Cooling Blankets & Pillow Case and Floor Mats will be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For Skincare and Makeup, no returned or refund for goods sold. Exchange is only provided if the item purchased is incorrect or damaged with followings requirements:
